Refund policy

Our goal is to have our customers 100% satisfied with their products. Our best efforts have been made to accurately describe and represent all the products on our website and as such, all sales are final. All warranties and manufacturer recalls will be honored. Please email to make any necessary arrangements.

Any order discrepancy or product defects must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of delivery. Any costs incurred as a result of being returned due to an incorrect Canada Post shipping address being supplied on the checkout screen will be the responsibility of the customer. (All additional freight charges will be billed to the customer).

Under special circumstances, should we will allow returns at our sole discretion,  a 15% restocking fee will be applied whether the order has shipped or not.
